All that work and $$ for the powdercoating and it's spoiled by the nasty casting lines. I can't tell from the pics if you removed the extra material blocking the injector cap screws, but if not then that's a missed opportunity. Otherwise I like the color choice for the plenum, but I think it gets lost among the polished valve covers. I think black valve covers like you originally planned would have set off the plenum a little better and maybe even have brought out the "veins" in the PC.
